Dispatch Times

Our standard dispatch time for engraved championship belts is 5–7 working days.

Custom championship belts, medals and trophies may take up to 10 working days to dispatch.

Please note that these times relate to the processing and dispatch of your order only. Courier transit times for both UK and worldwide deliveries are additional and can be found on our Delivery Information page, located at the bottom of the website homepage.

Fast-Track Orders

Need your order sooner? For an additional £10.00 + VAT, we may be able to fast-track your order for dispatch within 2–4 working days.

Please email sales@jctrophies.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and ensure we can accommodate your required deadline.

Order Processing and Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all standard orders, excluding customised products, within 5–7 working days. Occasionally, these timescales may be extended, particularly where engraving requirements are complex. Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated dispatch date.

For large orders, we recommend contacting us at least four weeks before your event to confirm stock availability and allow sufficient time for processing.

Please note that all courier transit times shown in our delivery timetables are in addition to our order processing and dispatch times.

Orders requiring custom-printed logos have a lead time of up to 10 working days from receipt of payment and approval of the final artwork or proof.

Bespoke die-cast metal medals and championship belts require longer production times. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided with your quotation.
