Build Your Championship Belt
Our championship belts are fully customisable, giving you complete flexibility to create a design that perfectly represents your event, brand, or title.
With hundreds of possible configurations, you can choose from:

To make the process simple, we provide an online proofing system that lets you visualise your belt and approve your artwork directly on our website before production begins.
Choose Your Belt Type
We offer a range of championship belt options to suit different requirements, lead times, and budgets:
Stock Championship Belts
Ready-made designs with optional engraving to centre or side plates.
Dispatch: 3–5 working days
Custom Printed Logo Belts
Your logo or design is printed onto metal zinc plates or vinyl (vinyl is finished with a durable, clear resin (epoxy) coating for protection).
Dispatch: Up to 10 working days
Fully Bespoke Championship Belts
We create completely bespoke championship belts, either from customer-supplied artwork or developed by our design team. Options include full custom builds or bespoke inserts to fit our existing belt ranges.
Professional Die-Cast Zinc Belts (Ideal for Bulk Orders)
Our premium die-cast belts are designed for associations, promotions, and high-profile events where only the highest standard will do.
Features include:
- 3D sculpted solid metal plates
- High-quality plated finishes
- Optional enamel detailing and crystal embellishments
These belts require an initial tooling investment, making them best suited for regular production or higher volume orders. However, this enables highly competitive unit pricing for bulk runs.
Designed and assembled in the UK, with precision components manufactured by our long-standing production partner of over 15 years.
Lead time: 6–14 weeks
Etched Brass Belts (Ideal for Smaller Quantities)
A flexible and more accessible bespoke option without high tooling costs.
Handcrafted by skilled artisans, these belts offer an excellent balance of detail, quality, and value.
Fully customisable options include:
- Plate size and thickness
- Number of plates
- Strap design and colour
- Overall style and finish
Due to their handmade nature, slight variations or markings may occur – these are not faults, but part of the character and craftsmanship of each piece.
Guide pricing (3-plate design, 2mm thickness):
- 1 belt – from £400 + VAT
- 2 belts – from £350 + VAT
- 5 belts – from £300 + VAT
Prices reduce further for higher quantities.
Lead time: 6–8 weeks (minimum, no express option available)
Bespoke Die-Cast Insert Belts
A cost-effective way to achieve a professional, fully branded look without producing large bespoke plates. These belt inserts require an initial tooling investment; however, this is more cost-effective than the tooling required for larger plates.
These belts feature custom 3D die-cast centre inserts (typically 110–150mm) designed to fit our standard belt plates, ideal for associations producing 30+ belts annually.
Manufactured using the same high-quality process as our full die-cast belts.
Lead time: 6–14 weeks
Acrylic Plate Belts
A practical, budget-conscious alternative ideal for large-scale events.
While traditional belts use metal plates, acrylic options provide a cost-effective solution without compromising visual impact.
Dispatch: 10–15 working days

Custom Die-Cast Centres for JC Belts
We offer a specialist service for associations to create bespoke die-cast centre and side plates for our stock belts.
Process:
- Discuss your titles and requirements
- Agree on belt styles and configurations
- Develop and approve artwork
- Manufacture dies and plates
Production typically takes 12 weeks from artwork approval.
We can then hold your custom components in stock for fast, reliable repeat ordering and global distribution.
Minimum Orders
No minimum order quantity – whether you need 1 belt or 1,000+.
Artwork Setup Charge
A £35 + VAT setup fee applies per custom logo order. This is charged once per order, regardless of quantity.
Repeat Orders
The setup fee applies to each new order, including repeat runs, as artwork must be prepared for production each time.
Trade & Bulk Orders
While we do not offer trade accounts, we provide:
- Up to 20% online discount
- Additional bulk pricing for large orders
