Our aim is simple - to create awards that are truly cherished by the champions who receive them.
Hi, we're Garry and Jenny Coulstock, proud owners of J.C. Trophies Ltd. Since 1972, we've been crafting awards and medals with one guiding principle: family and craftsmanship at the heart of everything we do.
Today, that family spirit is stronger than ever. Alongside two senior "JC's", we now have three junior "JC's", eagerly following in our footsteps - the next generation in the making. We're also incredibly fortunate to work with a dedicated and loyal team, many of whom have been with us for over a decade.
Our roots are firmly grounded in manufacturing, with a long-standing heritage in martial arts, boxing, and combat sports - sectors we've proudly supplied for over 40 years. More recently, inspired by our own junior athletes, we've expanded into a wide range of sports including football, gymnastics, netball, rugby, basketball and more — all brought to life with our distinctive style and attention to detail.

From our factory in Birmingham, UK, we design, create and assemble many of our exclusive collections - pieces you won't find on the high street. Alongside our own ranges, we carefully source new and exciting designs from trusted global partners to keep our offering fresh, inspiring and ahead of the curve.
We are specialists in bespoke medals, producing tens of thousands each year, and our championship belts are highly sought after for their outstanding quality and value. By combining in-house British design with globally sourced materials and expertise, we offer a truly unique and comprehensive range of awards.

Order notes – tell us about your design
Please use this box to tell us as much information as possible about your required championship belt, including your wording, logos, colours, preferred plate shapes and any specific design elements you would like included. Our bespoke service is primarily a manufacturing service, designed to transform your supplied artwork, design concept or clear brief into a finished championship belt, rather than a graphic design service from an open-ended brief.
If you don't already have a finished design, don't worry. We can use your ideas and supplied logos to create up to two initial design concepts using AI-assisted design tools, which are included within the standard price. These concepts are intended to help establish the overall look and direction of your belt and can then be adapted as necessary for manufacture. Extensive graphic design, multiple concept changes or repeated redesigns are not included within the standard product price and may incur an additional artwork charge.
We strongly encourage customers without existing artwork to use readily available AI tools such as ChatGPT to explore ideas and create an inspiration image before ordering. It doesn't need to be technically perfect – it simply gives us a much clearer understanding of the style and layout you would like us to achieve.
After ordering, you can email sales@jctrophies.com, quoting your order number, with any logos, sketches, photographs, AI-generated concepts or other reference material that will help us understand your design.

OPTION 1 - UV METAL PRINTED LOGO
Your logo is printed directly onto a metal plate in full colour using the latest UV printing technology. Please note - any white in your logo will become translucent; this means the base metal colour of the belt will show on your artwork where white appears. For example, a white background on your logo will show as the metal colour of your belt i.e. gold, silver or copper. Metal printed belts look very effective and produce seamless, highly professional custom belts. However, if white is important to your branding, or for true colour representation (on a flag for example) we would recommend using vinyl printing as per option 2 below. Examples of metal printed belts are shown below.
OPTION 2 - VINYL PRINT WITH DOMED RESIN FINISH
Your logo is printed in full colour on vinyl and finished with a clear resin protective layer. We recommend vinyl print if white is particularly important to your design/logo. For example, if you wish to print a flag where white must be represented. We can also change the background colour of your artwork (depending on the quality of file supplied) to black or a brushed metal effect. If you require these changes, please ensure you add your requirements to the instructions comment box when placing your order. Examples of vinyl printed belts are shown below.
